Contact us within 180 days of the date we promised your funds would be made available to the recipient.
When you do, please tell us:
Your name and address or telephone number;
The error or problem with the transfer, and why you believe it is an error or problem;
The name of the person receiving the funds, and if you know it, his or her telephone number or address;
The dollar amount of the transfer; and
The confirmation code or number of the transaction.
Step 2
A. We will investigate any errors and/or problems experienced and try to reach a conclusion on whether an error occurred within ninety (90) days after you contact us.
A(i). The call/request will be received by the operations department, and if a solution can be reached right away, it will be resolved while the customer is on the phone. If the issue involves more, then this will be escalated to the compliance department who will analyze and determine the best process forward. If there was an error from our side, we will correct it promptly, or in the worst case we will refund the transaction amount and if necessary the fees.
B. We will contact you to let you know the results within three (3) business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of any documents we used in our investigation.
To cancel a remittance transfer:
You have the right to cancel a remittance transfer and obtain a refund of all funds paid to us, including any fees. In order to cancel, you must contact us at the phone number or e-mail address above within thirty (30) minutes after the transaction was made.
When you contact us, you must provide us with information to help us identify the transfer you wish to cancel, including the amount and location where the funds were sent. We will refund your money within three (3) business days of your request to cancel a transfer as long as the funds have not already been picked up or deposited into the recipient's account.
